Homewood Suites By Hilton Dallas/Irving/Las Colinas

The elevator was out of service for two days, forcing stair use the entire stay.The building is outdated, smells like mold and cigarettes, and there were earwig bugs in the bathroom coming from a hole in the wall. We were also only given one set of towels

The room was clean, breakfast was good.

Elevator was out and not repaired before I left. Also was bitten by something in my bed on Friday night, bedbugs? Still very itchy and sensitive. Might have to go to urgent care.

Location was convenient.

Outlets didn't work Dishwasher didn't work Carpet old & dirty Inside doors wouldn't shut properly Staff not responsive One rm had ppl in it, so check-in was delayed hours Alarm check 10:15 am: 15 min screeching Staff tried to rush us out 10:00 am

Centrally located and the property and the room were well presented.

The room’s a/c unit didn't cool down to the set temp for our entire stay. There was an issue with the elevator which caused me to fall resulting in a slight injury to my ankle; as I stepped and it didnt go all the way down to the floor.

Booked my room in advance just to go check in and find out my room was unavailable

Employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good.

The bed was collapsing and the person upstairs was making the floors creak the entire time.

The man at the front was really nice! We talked about how he needed drinks in the vending machine and we had a good laught about it, would definitely stay here again!

The water in the shower took about 20 minutes to become even slightly warm

The Location

Some fixtures looked old and rusted. The breakfast area is in a different building.

The employees were very helpful when our original room had not been cleaned. They provided us with another room.

The hotel was run down, exterior doors were very old and dirty. Hallway carpet very dirty, our bathroom door was very damaged at bottom, blood on lamp shade, furniture very old and dirty.

The location provided easy access, the receptionist gave the best customerservice, our room was clean, spacious & cozy ut included everything we needed, & breakfast was always a delicious variety.

The elevator and some of the exit doors appeared to be in need of a little. Didn't see a security officer during our stay.

Location was great and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is older and could use renovations.

Check out time is 11am. At 9:24 an employee knocked three times on the door then opened the door which scared us out of a sound sleep. He tried to come into our room to tell us to check out! We had plenty of time. Will never choose this Hilton again.

The lobby was maintained better than the 2 bedroom suite we stayed in. Too many noticeable stains & dead and living bugs (roaches). The living room furniture was so worn down & dirty I never touched it. Outlets with out plate covers too dangerous.

this is a very family friendly hotel with pretty decent free breakfast. and close to highways and located in a nice area. the sofa bed is a good option for kids to sleep on.

the hotel though it was pretty clean, looks a tad run down in areas. The bedding seemed older. And hotel staff not checking on us after a 2 night stay even just calling to ask if we needed anything. extra towels, blankets etc. hard to locate rooms

First room the air conditioning didn¿t work. Was 87 degrees. The second room wouldn¿t get cooler than 75. Bathroom floor was dirty.

Did not have the double room we reserved. Staff was extremely accommodating and put my son and I in 2 king rooms for our duration for the price of the double room we originally reserved!

Roaches, low water pressure no daily cleaning service. Was given pool towels because they didn¿t have any bath towels available The ghetto would not recommend!!!!

Far enough away from the action to be calm but close enough to drive wherever needed. Lots of great restaurants and entertainment nearby.

Our room was not super clean and when I asked for help I was met with judgement and questioning from the management, never even a sorry

It was secluded enough to quiet at night. There were no extra noises and riff raff to sort through.

There were roaches in my room. One was crawling over my items on the bathroom sin the next morning. The carpet felt dirty like there was a film or sorts over it. The floors were cracked in the bathroom and bedroom and there was rust formed.

Had a cockroach in the room so checked out very shortly and asked for refund which has yet to be received. Please avoid this hotel.

Location was convenient and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good.

We could hear our neighbors in the next room and above at times.
