Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Irving Las Colinas

The night staff don't recall name 1 African American female voluptuous in size Good hair and a very pleasant attitude along with 1 white American female maid service and 1 white American male maintenance member all of Quality that should be at the Hilton.

Manager no customer service skills only care that he gave us below price but not concerned about elevating problems of his establishment

The shower was never HOT & always warm ( so showering was not good ) Bath/basin Soap was waxy & not soapy & not good for hand washing

Tv was broken. Shower had hair in side tub and out. Bathroom door would not close. Shower rod calked to wall. Light in kitchen did have Diffuser cover Inside lock broken

This is an amazing location. Traffic is rare in the area, tons of restaurants and shopping within minutes. Chain and local grocery stores also close. The DART is steps away allowing access to the entire city. Staff is AMAZING, welcoming, & very friendly!

Special shout out again to ALL of the staff here. The front office team and housekeeping team go out of the way to make everyone here have a truly at home expierence.

There is nothing positive about the hotel .

I was given the back building of the extended stay and the building looked old and the rooms are worst. I called front desk and asked for room change and the new room he gave was also worst. The couch was smelling in the room and the bath tub had stains.

Friendly staff, accommodated early check-in.

The fan was noisy, I woke up at 5am because it started clicking loudly. Bed was pretty hard for my taste.

No breakfasts stated there were but no breakfast. No ice machine. No coffee

No lights in the bathroom Didn¿t have staff to change them Stove didn¿t work

My Check-in time was 3:00pm 22nd Sept 2022, i reached at the hotel around 5:30pm and the receptions "Aussie" told me that there are no rooms available for me at that time. I was shocked and told him that i already have reservation then how this can happen

I stayed here while moving out of the area. This location is in an area with a lot of corporate headquarters, I didn¿t expect was the high number of migrant workers staying there. Nothing like avoiding the guys so drunk they can barely walk.

we can't find front desk person. Entire area is had cigarette smell. Non refundable booking get room at 1st floor ONLY. Room also smell. Very bad Bed. NOT GOOD FOR FAMILY.

Plenty. Paid for a king and got a queen. Room never was cleaned no working toilet saw 2 mice in the kitchen area.

I liked that there was kitchen to allow time to cook.

I hated the bugs from the roaches,ants, and spiders.

ESPN was showing clear. The same hotel in Far North Dallas and Lewisville had a problem with ESPN.

Tried to wash my clothes but the company doesn't allow the night person to have any money. I thought I could get some quarters from him

They provided a safe, clean place for me and accepted my dog. Everyone was very nice. Will come back!

The noise level sometimes later than I like.

The beds were very comfortable. Lots of room to move about.
