    • The cleanliness, the staff and hoe good it smelt!
    • It was beautiful when it was built and has been meticulously maintained. Our room was gorgeous and extremely clean.

    Cons -

    • Seemed overly focused on nickel/diming. They sent 7 different bills via email to us during the lesss than 24hr stay. Charged for parking and a resort fee. I upgraded to the breakfast package but had to call for them to remove that charge a day later
    • The rooms were a little outdated, especially for how much you¿re paying.
    • I was disappointed that the restaurants were still somewhat closed or not available to sit in the bar area but only outside. Texas-based on Governors approval is 100% open at this time but it appears that Four Seasons is still using corporate decisions

four Seasons hotels are always exemplary similar to Fairmont hotels.

The pool is wonderful. We were there early so we had great seats. The food was incredible. We had a burger that was one of the best I've ever had. The beds were very comfortable! The staff was very kind and helpful.

Our room faced the front of the hotel. Since we had shutters, light from the street came in to our room which made it difficult to sleep. There were also cars honking in the middle of the night that woke us up briefly.

    Nice lobby, clean.

Room was clean but very ordinary with a mediocre view. Definitely not what I expected for a 5 star hotel.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-13-2016

The staff is amazingly friendly! Have traveled all over and never encountered such a friendly bunch!

The hotel needs to be updated immensely for the price. The lobby rugs are dingy and the furniture in the hotel room (couch and chairs) are very old. None of the ice machines on any floors worked. To charge --- or more a night they need to update!

    Location and friendly staff.

Our ice bucket still had some melted ice from the previous guests. It took sometime for our luggage to be brought up to our room even though we were the only ones checking in at that time. Construction/remodeling work noise was bothersome.

    Great bathroom. Nice view.

    Small bed.

    Excellent Hotel. Wonderful Experience.

    10DanielPosted on: 10-16-2025

Everything was perfect. Excellent high-end stay. Great Gym, fun at the pool & high-end dining. Extremely helpful staff, very attentive. Beautiful views all around.

When ordering food at the pool or the other restaurant outside of Knife, in other words "Confort food" during the stay, the serving should be more robust. I mean if you're going to charge 30 dollars for a cheeseburger with fries, the cheeseburger shouldn't be the size of a white castle burger, and the serving of fries shouldn't be the size of a kiddie fries order. Outside of this small detail, everything else was perfection.

Amazing welcome and introduction to the Ritz-Carlton experience!!! Michael was exceptional helpful with any questions we had and helped us when selecting the wrong type of room. For my birthday he ensured we got the correct room with the perfect view! An amazing 2 day stay !!

    Absolutely will be back!!

    10ShaluanPosted on: 8-13-2025

The cleanliness and security!! The views immaculate!

One young lady (staff that walks the rooms to ensure guest don’t need anything) who asked us if we were checking out gave me the weirdest look when I told her my room was just extended another day. The side eye she thought I didn’t see was the only aggravating ordeal. Everyone else fantastic in every way from arrival to departure.

Clean, well maintained, exceptional service and staff.

The facilities were very nice, and the staff was awesome. Cory and Kris were amazing.

    5CampbellPosted on: 8-5-2023

Staff at front desk and bar were excellent

It took between 35 to 45 minutes to get our drinks at pool side food took 45 minutes. We were woke up at 7:50 am by sawing, hammering.

    6PatrickPosted on: 1-13-2023

The staff was very courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate me and a friend who both happened to be stranded in Dallas at the same time on account of a blizzard. The food from the steakhouse restaurant was excellent.

Given the price of our stay, there were a few things that were subpar and, frankly, not acceptable.First, the television in the room was inferior and came across as a means by which the hotel tried to gouge its own customers. Unlike those in most hotels (including those that are considerably cheaper) either the television was not a smart tv or its streaming options were limited to pay-per-view., meaning that you could not log in to your Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts. Smart TVs have become industry standard in hotels for this very reason. However, in order to watch anything other than live, basic cable at Las Colinas, you had to pay for it, and at a completely unreasonable price point. TVs at Las Colinas should not be inferior to those at much cheaper hotels. But they are, and adding insult to injury, they make you *pay more* just to be able to watch anything of your choosing.Second, the towels and robes in the room were about as soft as sandpaper. At a hotel this expensive, they should be spa quality, no exceptions. Instead, they were stiff, scratchy, and altogether uncomfortable. One could literally buy nicer towels and robes at Walmart, on the cheap. I cannot for the life of me understand why this is a corner the hotel would choose to cut.Third, the mattresses were stiff, uncomfortable and low quality. When paying over $500 per night at a hotel, one of the very first things a guest expects is a high quality, luxury mattress that allows for a comfortable, rejuvenating night sleep. An uncomfortable mattress is the surest way to alienate many guests, myself included. I’m not exaggerating when I say that the mattresses at a Holiday Inn Express are much more comfortable. The mattresses in our room at Las Colinas were more comparable to those at a Ramada. Ruminate on that for a while.Lastly, the furnishings in our room simply were not commensurate with the price we paid. They felt dated, cookie-cutter, cheap, and a very, very far cry from luxury.
