Yes, the man from the front desk came and knocked on my door at 11pm. He did not call first, or identify himself at the room. Made me feel very unsafe. Would not ever stay here again.

Extremely clean, friendly staff, super comfortable bed, quiet

No healthy food options at snack bar and no walkable market

The room deposit was $40. Not bad. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Speedy service. Friendly staff. Room went to 61 degrees.

It was close to our venue

Problems with the door locked when we got there, problems with the toilet flushing,

They gave me a disability room. I booked a normal room. The tv did not work and got an attitude from the desk worker. She was rude. Sat in the room listening to doors opening and closing and people outside talking. Never will I stay there again.

Good location

This was not ¿Marriott¿ or ¿Fairfield¿ brand that I am used to. I think they recently purchased and were renovating? I passed a Fairfield that I thought was what I booked, but it was this random building about five miles further - not quite on brand y

The gentleman that checked us in was excellent. He was very welcoming but not too much.

In the breakfast room at 9:05a I was trying to get something to eat and the woman working was pulling everything off. She was very rude. At checkout, I stood there watching the woman on her personal cell for 3-5 minutes before she would acknowledge me.

Staff was very friendly

Our door key reader did not work. Went down to front desk 3 times getting new cards. The fourth time the front desk clerk came to the room and tried her master key. No luck! She called her manager and then the maintenance man. Maintenance worked ......!

Room and hotel were very clean. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The toilet was very strange. You basically had to try flushing it at least twice. It had to fill the tank with the first few tries and then it would finally flush. Originally thought it was broken until I figured out what was happening

Wish there were egg options on breakfast buffet. Teens wished the bathroom was a little larger. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

I didn¿t like that there was no microwave in the room. We had to go downstairs to warm up food.

Poorly staffed, long wait time, T.V. did not work. No hot breakfast bar. Did not get clean towels daily had to ask.

The room I was originally given still had sheets on the floor. I was given a handicapped room which had absolutely no shelves for soap or lotion to put my belongings on in the bathroom. It was hassle to get ready in the bathroom. Check in took forever.

Room was much nicer than other hotels at this price - nice new carpeting, great bed, high end bathroom fixtures . . . felt more like a 3-4 star experience.

Location was perfect for where I was working this week.

The breakfast is grab and go. The eff muffin had mold on it and when I showed the front desk person, he just looked confused.
