Location, Free airport shuttle and cleanness

Online it says check out is 12pm but hotel said no it?s 11am

Traveling for business. Wonderful accommodations. Staff was welcoming and attentive during my two night stay.

Location only very dissatisfied by the Vaping smells and the bed literally reeked of like fillth

The room very unclean The bedding all seemed very dirty The floor had a Oder on ot too Thought maybe vaping was going on during the nights stay Did someone. Have a pet dog inside the room I got it stink reekiness I seen smudges in room Bad

The rooms were clean and everything looked new. We had 2 rooms and were very pleased with our stay.

Front desk staff were very accommodating

Windows have lost their seal (fogged up) and need to be replaced. Housekeeping staff are not friendly almost to the point of surly.

Absolutely nothing.

Rude, not helpful staff. Ripped bed skirts. Dirty curtains Dirty chairs. Damp, moldy smelling room. Peeling tub. Bathroom smelled like standing water and had scum on the shower walls. Pool was not swimmable-green all around. No more space to continue list

I thought it was a marriot hotel, it turned out to be worse than a motel. I stayed at the hotel for the shuttle purpose. I made reservations for the shuttle at 1230 pm, guess what? The morning shift didn't know, the driver left at noon I missed my flight

The staff is rude except the bellman. It took me 50 minutes to get a room. I was given keys to room 211, I searched the whole 2nd floor for a 211, and there was no 211. I called bellman to show me room # 211, he searched the whole 2nd floor and could

The breakfast,pool,cleanness,and service.

The rooms could be update and make it look a little more modern.

Quality of hotel for the price. High end feeling at a great price

When we arrived in the rain, we had to park away from the front door because the hotel van was parked in the loading zone with no one in it. Had to walk in rain to get to main doors. Next morning, same thing. Another van was parked in Loading zone

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, & the staff we're very nice.

The location of the hotel was difficult to find, not many restaurants near by.

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and mattress was very comfortable. WiFi also worked very well. The hotel met all of my expectations.

Couldn't check in for almost 2 hours very poor way to handle the incident didn't even apologize they felt entitled and cared very little what I thought I got charged four times on my credit card all they said was sorry it would be back in my accoun 5 days

Hotel internet was down for almost a day and half out of my two days stay.

Nothing too close to the freeway

It smells like wet water. Its the spray they use to cover up smell very strong had to open Window

It was close to the airport and they give rides to and from the airport.

They say it's free parking which it is as long as your staying there but if you leave your car while your on a trip they charge for parking. That is the reason I chose this motel was to not pay parking. I can pay parking at the airports.

Staff was really helpful and nice.

First room we were given, upon entry was a really strong "chemical" smell. Left the room after dropping off our bags, went out to eat and came back an hour or so later, same problem. Requested new room and was given another one which was much better.

The staff is great.

New guy driving the shuttle left early but the other driver stepped right in and got me to the air on time.

Very friendly staff and very accommodating for our large family group in town for a wedding. They let us use the breakfast area every evening to sit and visit with our large group without complaint. Always glad to have a fridge in room. Good breakfast.

No real close restaurants except for a WhatABurger combined with gas station down on the corner. However hotel offered shuttle to take you to restaurants if needed.
