stayed there 4 days and housekeeping never came by, had to go to front desk to request towels

The staff was nice

Hair in the bed and dirty dirty dirty grounds. Throw up outside the door (old so it had been there) and someone tried to break in my car. There was more but no space to write it.

The room was clean and the housekeeping was excellent

The Saturday front desk clerk was extremely rude. I booked an additional week was not allowed to check in even though I prepaid. She caused me to pay a $58 cancellation fee for her incompetence!

The hotel was run down The breakfast was not served. the water pressure was poor and the water. Was either extremely hot or extremely cold? It could not be adjusted.

The keys didn?t work on the first room second key the room was dirty, the front desk person had to bring another key for a different room, the next morning i the key did not work again even though i was booked 2 days.

It was cheap, but you get what you pay for.

While showering, the water kept going from hot to cold, multiple times. Dried off, smelled a stinch looked at the stained towel I just dried my body with, smelled it, smelled like old pee. Showered again in hot and cold water. Will not stay again.

Miss about breakfast in the morning. It was only snack back. The time frame for breakfast. There was breakfast. When ask about it. The guy at Front Desk. Only snack pack. Grab and go. This is foolishness.

Absolutely nothing. This hotel was disgusting

It was filthy. There were multiple stains on the comforter and sooo many stains and burns on the one chair in the room. The toilet did not flush.

No wifi, swimming pool out of order. Room full of dead mosquitos, on the walls, ...

Doors to outsider. Room infested with Mosquitoes. Room odor. Smelled better when sprayed insect killer. Breakfast from 6 to 9 was a pop tart in a sack.

There were lots of stains on the bed, as well as fleas in the hotel room and countless mosquitos in the lobby. Hair dryer looked like it had been used as a lintroller with how much fuzz and gunk was stuck to it.

Did not have WiFi for an entire day , bad network connectivity , also restaurant downstairs was closed

Check-in Checkout was quick and easy. Accessibility was good, too. Maintenance was very quick for a short issue I had.

Finding parking as a guest in the hotel was extremely difficult (I believe due to airport parking). It needs to be improved. Also, I was only provided 2 towels for a 3-night stay. I had to wait at the front desk for about 10 minutes before someone came.

we were saving money going with a cheaper night stay but felt much cheaper than expected in a bad way - felt dirty throughout, smelled poorly, no continental breakfast though advertised, uncomfortable bed, poor kiosk checkin and tv didn?t work in room

I was originally given a key to a room occupied by a showering man. Then I was given a key that didn't work. The third time the clerk walked with me and peeked in the window before unlocking the door (I guess to see if someone was in there)

the person at the counter was very rude, I could hear my neighbors all night and DID NOT FEEL SAFE.

The shuttle never arrived for us, oh the airport, it's a lie that they have breakfast, the room is dirty.

There is a certain smell around this property. My room had roaches in it. The chair looked gross, green sheet across bed had bleach stains. Went in , got out and found a new hotel. Staff was unhelpful.

The location was good

Yes the room was gross especially the shower curtain. Had someone stuff over it. Like it was never even looked at. Breakfast was on the go and was not even very good poptsrts and granlo bar.
