comfortable bed. Always like the additional room of a suite.

Couch was not very comfortable. No free breakfast, instead there is a Starbucks in the lobby and you have to pay for breakfast. The only coffee options in the room were bold roast and decaf bold roast.

Put me in a basement room that smelled like mildew and dead roaches in bathroom. Changed room and it had crumbs all over desk and cobwebs and dead bugs in room . Went to front desk at night a few times and staff was no where to be found.

Nice, quiet area. Easy navigation around town to highway

Hotel is on a great location 10 min from DFW international Airport hotel was Nice only problem I had was you hear everything from your room. Had either some kids or some one knocked on my door at 2 AM it was OK just expected better but over all ok.

I liked how close it was to where I needed to go. Also there was plenty of options for food and gas and convenience stores. The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming.

I wish they would have told me about the construction happening on the first floor. It was a big surprise to walk into. The elevator was right next to all the messy equipment and paint , dust and wires could have cause some problems..

We were never given a key to our room, had to walk the entire campus to get our suitcases to the room, as we were not given a key to the room and could not access outside doors, office said they would get that fixed and never did.

The lady who checked me in was nice

Horrible experience. Uncomfortable beds, Bare minimum shower head pressure. Elevator did not work. Had to carry my bags down four flights of stairs. Massive pile of loose stool in stairwell: More like a motel! Not worth price. Beware!! Never again!!!

Friendly Staff, Great Location, Indoor-Outdoor Pool

Couples trip and we both booked King Room. We asked if we could get a room close together. Staff gave me a handicap room without telling me. The room needed an upgrade. I didn¿t complain.

The hotel and the rooms are clean, well equipped, it has nice amenities and a nice staff.

Nothing to complain about.

Old hallways and elevator. Also, if you need to use a microwave, which is only available in the suites, you have to use the one by the ice maker. I¿ve stay in hotels that have microwaves available in their 2 bed/ Double bed rooms. At least in the King!

The first time I stayed here I had an awesome room.

Well the cleaning lady stopped by my room to check to see if i was checking out within the hour, well both times she knocked on the door and was coming into my room. Then there was a young lady that told me i couldn't check into my room early which cause

Proximity to restaurants and shopping. Felt like a safe area.

TV did not work the entire stay. Had to pay for parking plus parking is too far from the entrance (handicapped and dragging luggage)

There is a $7 charge for parking. Unable to enter hotel thru side doors. Must come thru front entrance.

No problems with the staff.

They have an unadvertised $7.50 parking fee. First time I have had to pay that in non-airport setting. This drapes the actual cost of room per night. No microwaves ovens in rooms etc. It is false add to go beyond 2 stars.

Nothing stands out. Average accommodation easy to find and centrally located.

Staff was competent without being welcoming. Charge for parking my vehicle in their tarmac open and, as far as I could discern, unpatrolled parking was unexpected.

Fast yet friendly staff was a breeze to check in and out, without waiting in the lobby.

My sheets were stained with blood.

The housekeepers left the alarm on from the previous guest, so I got woke up at 6 o’clock in the morning
