Quality Inn & Suites Irving DFW Airport South

Front desk didn’t greet us properly. All she said was ID. No hello. Too busy talking with her bf instead of assisting us. Room had a very strong smell to it and we saw roaches. We moved to another hotel after the first night.

It was convenient for the convention we were attending. The beds were comfortable and the room served our needs well.

The breakfast was sorely disappointing. Just carbs and no proteins or fruit. The men?s restroom in the lobby and the fitness center were also close for renovation. While not the end of the world, it was a little disappointing and frustrating.

Convenient distance ti the airport.

There were cockroaches everywhere even in my room! DO NOTest the free breakfast!

Very friendly staff, helped me with a lower level room. Very clean and spacious King Size bedroom. breakfast had the pancakes, sausage and eggs that I wanted. Bed was very comfortable. Needed transportation to the airport and it was included!

The AC unit did not keep the room cold, it was set to 66 and felt like 72, It was humid and the air was sticky in the room, taking a shower made it worse because there was no air vent in the bathroom so all the steam just escaped into the room. Smells.

They had water at the front desk. There was a fridge in room

The website said their was a shuttle. There was not so we had to pay an Uber very expensive to go back and forth to the airport. Next time I will get a better room at a better hotel for more money that has a shuttle.

Maybe location - the bad outweighs the good

There was no hot water in the shower! Phone in room did not work to call them. Roaches in the bathroom. Told front desk at check out... said all they could do for me was apologize. I said that doesn't help me - I could not take a shower!!!

They lied about the pool being "broken lastnight" it was green. The person who was in the room before me smoked in a non smoking room. The room was not cleaned the well, I found the cigarette butt on a counter the the smoke detector covered with tape

I chose this hotel because said it did have "MEAL PLAN : Breakfast is included at no extra charge". When I asked about it was told the Owner/Manager decided not to offer even they knew it was being offered.

It was close to the airport and Whataburger.

The room smelled so bad. My husband said it's from them repainting over and over, but I think it was mold or something worse because as soon as we walked in I felt bad. I coughed throughout the entire night but was fine later in the day after we left.

Proximity to airport and good price for a long layover.

No shuttle service to airport and the name is changed

No breakfast, pool was closed, shuttle wasn't running, hallways were very hot.

There was a big big bug at the entrance of the bathroom door the next morning.

Centrally located between Dallas and Ft Worth

Pool, breakfast, and exercise not open even though the state of Texas had officially opened the day before per the Governor's orders. The hotel was ill prepared to reopen - the pool was green with furniture in it.

This is our 2nd stay at this location. Clean hotel and room Comfy bed. Polite fun to work with staff. It was great!

Room , carpet and furniture quite grimy and had unpleasant odor

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

The room smelled horrible. It was as if the floors had flooded and mildewed. Regardless of any attempt to get rid of it, it would not work.

Great location. Not loud considering it is right near the highway / airport Bed was very comfortable
