Easy to take shuttle to and from airport. Price. Bed is comfortable.

Breakfast could have a little better selection.

Dated, nasty, run-down, dirty rooms, questionable stains on walls, cigarette hole burned into quilt, holes in the walls, spider webs, noisy hallways with Latina maids yelling Spanish, cracks/patches in ceiling. Only think I didn’t see was roaches/ mice!

Staff were great! Friendly and helpful! Very clean!

Good customer service by employees. Location close to DFW, free shuttle to the airport. Fridge and microwave in room.

Water filter was broken. Towels and bedsheets were stained. Bug in the coffee and tea area of the room.

The hotel staff were polite . The area was decent a dennys across the street and also a chevron gas station.

The room smelled of animal urine and fabulous cleaning liquid. It gives off the smell of clean, and yet, it didn¿t get rid of the dank musty smell and urine smell.

Super friendly staff, clean and well equipped room!

It was freezing and a little hard to figure out the heating system.

For a budget hotel Quality Inn has a new fan in me. I suppose being under the landing path might bother some, but not me.

Quality of furnishings was below expectations for the price, and it was very noisy, hard to sleep.

water in dispenser may not have been filtered/spring. not meats for breakfast (NOT keto friendly.) rooms & closets were really small & need some upkeep.

Updated and very clean. Looks like the photos. The price was almost $30 less ( including the tax) then the airlines was offering as their ¿reduced rate.¿

Needed more staff. Seemed to have one person doing check in and answering the phone and several check ins because of cancelled flights.

Location and room rate. Room was reasonably comfortable and the room was serviced each day.

Property showing its age and breakfast buffet was very lack luster.

There is NOTHING to like about this hotel. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. They did not answer the phone and we were left marooned at the airport in the middle of the night. For days after I have still been unable to reach them.

Dishonest posting regarding availability of an airport shuttle. We booked a last-minute room based on this due to being stuck at DFW and they had the phone off the hook. They are now refusing to refund the room, even though we had to go to another hotel.

I liked the location to the airport.

I do not recommend this hotel. While we were out for the day room service cleaned our room and took my hanger to my dress. I talked to the front desk about it and they didn¿t do anything except leave a note for housekeeping.

Loved the larger refrigerator and cooktop in my room. Also, had excellent customer service from the front desk.

desk staff rude and not helpful; patched up repairs and cracks were obvious and all over; door to back parking lot key pad was not engaged both days - I'm guessing it is never locked; beds hard, mini fridge door stuck and pulled fridge out trying to open

Restrooms and thin walls. I heard the couple in the next room banging all night until 430 am!

Shuttle service was prompt and room was clean. As a solo female traveller felt perfectly safe.

Elevator was a bit slow, and breakfast could have used more options, but overall very good value and very clean. Could be more updated but again for the price can't really complain.

Been updated with new carpeting and fresh paint. location and price of the room met my expectations. Breakfast buffet was about typical for a hotel of this type and price range.
