The location
You get what you pay for. The room was fairly clean with the exception of the bed linens.
Very clean. Easy to find. Close to everywhere I wanted to go.

Cons -

No extra pillows, mold growing in the bathroom ceiling. Pillows were very old. Holes and stains on the walls. It just needs to be ran properly. You can tell it is going down hill fast. A good management team would make that place a lot of money
The bed linens were worn and the sheets were not fresh. When I asked to have them replaced I wasn't able to do so because the cleaning staff was already gone for the day. The towels were also dingy. But you definitely get what you pay for.
