Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Irving Hwy 183

Always having coffee in the lobby.

The room wasn't very clean. The front desk staff sits in a side room so waiting for them to approach the desk is annoying.

It’s a good place if you are on a budget !more decent compared to others!

The appliances could be better also Tv was having issues!

Breakfast was average at best

Everything, location, cleanliness, and modern decor.

The staff was great and the room was beautiful.

There was trash behind the nightstand, which we moved because we dropped something behind it. In addition, the mattresses hit our pressure points and were about 6/10 for comfort.

Good breakfast, quiet place

Pillows too soft

Great convenient location, clean, comfortable, nice amenities, nice staff, seamless check in and out process.

Clean & friendly staff.

The maps are not leading the way correctly to this location.

It was very nice and quiet. The shower even had a foot rest so you can clean your feet. The breakfast was delicious better than anyone else’s breakfast. We were impressed they had a very good choice in tv to watch.

The bed was a little firm

Clean, location and fresh looking.

Staff was great, very clean.

Beds were hard

Location was everything, room was nice clean and spacious

There was nothing not to like

Overall the stay was great. the breakfest was good just wish they had the saugage gravy and biscuits on both days (Friday and Saturday). Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location was ok but we were glad there was a gated area around parking. the location was in a strip mall and medium end restaurant. Access was a little limited as there was a one-way street leading to the hotel

Very clean, friendly staff

Didn’t sleep well, walls were thin and could hear people in hallway and the people above my room were loud.

I loved my stay here. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We went swimming in the pool and the breakfast was also pretty great.

The rooms were great. It's a new property and hence it was spotless and clean. Hope they maintain it!

The lifts were having damp smell. Could be someone used it after swimming or workout. The lift needs a automatic freshner.

I liked everything at this hotel. In fact after a long time I could find an excellent hotel at Irving. Very neat and tidy, very good facilities and excellent staff.
