This hotel burned around 3 weeks ago and no one let us know

The fact that we didn¿t stay there because it burned and is permanently closed

Everything!! Staff are amazing and so aee the rooms and the breakfast. Always love to come here when I visit Irving!

It was burned down, and truly miss it. Was a tragedy that it burned down

The ice machine on the first floor was broken. There was only one person at the reception desk which made the check-in process was lengthly. (He was doing the best he could.) Ice cream and other snacks were for sale but no utensils were available

My room was ready when I arrived, running a little late with the check out but the service desk person was very kind and understanding.

For breakfast there was a sign for the breakfast sandwich (1) per person, that was not personable. Also need more variety for breakfast like cereal, bangels, and or pancakes or waffles.

It was close to the airport and it offered shuttle service

The shuttle services 3 other hotels and was very crowded. They should provide a larger vehicle as people were sharing seats because they had to get to the airport. Or at best have more than 1 van.

Was in a good area for our trip. Rooms were good with nice mattresses. Staff was nice and helpful.

The $150 hold for the room. Was told on the phone that it was only $50. Really upset my mother in law. Put a bind on her finances.

Big water bug in my room. The lady in front gave me an other room but I was too scared to close my eyes again.

Location close to airport was important while on a quick trip to Dallas, Tx.

All went well and the location was excellent for my trip . No real complaints.

Nothing great about this place

Continental breakfast was bare bones both days because they don¿t order enough. My wife sleeps in so I grabbed a few creamers for her coffee when she wakes up and they literally made me put it back because they¿re too cheap to order enough food.

Closeness to Dallas airport. However needs to have shuttle after midnight

No shuttle after 11pm. Needs to coinside with American Airlines schedule.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, pool was open and nice!

The Customer Service was wonderful. Our room was very clean.

That we didn¿t know there was a $150 deposit when you book your room online. They hold that for 3-5 business days. It would have been nice to know about it ahead of time. That was money meant for other things on the trip.

Staff was nice, room was clean, and it was close to our destination. Breakfast consisted of some fruit, granola bars, muffins, and frozen breakfast sandwiches that you heat up in the microwave so we skipped the sandwiches, but no complaints!

None of their ice machines worked. I never need the ice machines but the day I do they don¿t work, lol. But it¿s okay, things happen!

Customer service was great

Breakfast is rated at a 1 ;all other hotels give a decent buffet generous breakfast. Comfort can really pick up their game with breakfast. Actually having a buffet with that I would rate this hotel an 8 but I have to give a 5

we got a room at the last minute due to flight cancellation. Hotel was clean and quite.

no real eating places close to it - only a Whataburger.

Proximity to DFW and the shuttle was very efficient.

Check in process took way too long. I think the staff is probably new and the process was not very familiar to them. Not a major problem in the big picture... just room for improvement.

The hotel was very close to the airport. The staff that checked me in were very nice and helpful.

The computer keyboard in the business center was not working so I could not print off some documentation. The couch in the room was very worn.
