The staff were great. Great customer service. The front desk personnel helped me while I was having phone issues. He even printed out a map to help me navigate to where I needed to go. I am truely grateful for the extra care that was given.

I think I died and went to HEAVEN. This place was immaculate and the rooms were AMAZING. Absolute nicest hotel. The shuttle driver and front desk were all very professional and were working very hard and still had a smile on their face with care.

The full breakfast with several fresh and healthy choices, the friendly staff, the prime location 6 min off the airport by car and the market where you could get some emergency shopping done (Like if you need a tooth brush at 3am)

The night desk manager was very helpful and dispassionate, keeping her cool and making herself a resource to help us. The shuttle service provider was also friendly and helpful.

In the first 15 minutes of our stay, I killed a small roach where plates were stored. Then a spider on the wall. Shower water pressure was great although there wasn¿t a tub.

Breakfast was fair. Location is convenient but in a industrial area with huge vacant warehouses. Facility and pool under construction.

Only negative had nothing to do with the hotel. Construction on nearby I35 made for slow travel so we mostly used local streets.

I liked the size of the rooms and the fact that they were still serving hot breakfast.

The whole hotel was being remodeled, including the pool. The room appeared to not be thoroughly cleaned. Remnants of rose petals under the bed. Empty toothpaste tube on a shelf in the bathroom. There was also no remote control in the room.

I was VERY pleased with this choice. The room was very nice, spotless, staff was friendly and helpful at every turn. Loved the breakfast, the ability to print boarding passes in the lobby. A traveler friendly environment all around.

Clean and spacious, we had 1 room for 3 adults and 3 kids (teens), plenty of room! pool was supposed to close at 11, they let us stay much longer. Staff was great

Icemaker in the room did not work even after we turned it on. The heat/ac unit is very loud when it clicks on - the vent rattled the whole time it was running. I informed the desk clerk at check out and he apologized without addressing the issue.
