Front desk not so friendly

Great location, staff was friendly & helpful, I appreciated the security features! The room was so clean and nice & the breakfast was great!

There was always someone cleaning something. The breakfast choices and the staff were exceptional. 15 stars to the cooks and staff that help them set-up. Never a dirty dish in sight.

The only thing that was not pleasing was walking in and seeing the front office staff smoking outside the sitting area doors.

Extremely clean and quiet, and probably the best free breakfast we have ever had anywhere!

General manager is terrible first of my card got charged twice then he called his self yelling getting in my face to the point that my boyfriend had to step in front of him that¿s ridiculous I thought he was going to hit me that¿s how close he was

Don’t do business with this place

Zero customer service after submitting my reservation I saw the refreshed page had reverted to the current date rather then my reservation date I immediately contacted Booking and Element Element never responded, the reservation person would not help me because she said it was no longer a new reservation The email/numbers she gave me went unanswered The was no telephone number direct to the property Element is terrible

I really liked the location. Everything was close to the hotel.

The property smelled like dog fetus, outdoors in the parking lot and also in the front entrance. Our bathroom had a long strand of black hair on the toilet. That’s absolutely disgusting! Our air conditioner kept making loud noises all night, it was starting to get very frustrating.

How comfortable our rooms was with the City view, and breakfast was good too because they cook for you when you order.

There's no ice machine on any of the floors.

Great location for Irving and Dallas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Even though there is a highway, the windows are really good at blocking the noise. The gym is so so, but not everything can be perfect! The stuff is nice, and the breakfast is A+!

The breakfast and staff was excellent

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that there was hair in the bed that was not mine or my husband as I pulled back the sheets to lay down.

The staff were exceptional and made our weekend in Dallas even better by being so helpful and friendly. It’s also centrally located which makes it really convenient if you have plans in downtown or Arlington. A great perk was the made-to-order hot breakfast included in the price of our room.

Location was very nice and near many restaurants and stores. Property is very secure requiring key cards to enter after 11pm. Elevator also requires key card to be operated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Emma and Julie were especially nice and helpful with anything I needed. Really enjoyed having the opportunity to cook and store more food than I usually could in a hotel. I ended up making steak and eggs the following morning on a cooktop. They provided pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, and anything else you can think of that belongs in a kitchen. Nice sized smart TV that worked well. The bed slept very nicely and was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nicely arranged.

My biggest gripe was probably the price of the stay. I understand that quality isn’t cheap but I do think the price is a little on the steeper side.

It was clean, with a lot more amenities than you’d expect for the price including a nice bar, made to order free breakfast, heated outdoor pool, and a barbecue area.

Very clean, staff was very nice!

Location is a little difficult, but it’s Texas.

Location was conveniently close to DFW. Breakfast was great. My room was clean, quiet and peaceful. Wi-Fi was included that was easy to connect to and fast. The staff were very welcoming. The surrounding area was safe and an ideal walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

The only thing I did not like was having to leave. I with I could live there!

Beds was a little bit to soft for my liking. But I’m not complaining

The property was very close to the airport and room was so confortable and clean , breakfast was delicious and staff was extremely friendly,I highly recommend this hotel.
