There was no tub stopper, the tv/remote didn’t work together or separately, and there was no option to have a “do not disturb” door hang..

No smoking smell and very clean

In bathroom no exhaust fan so after bath all moisture is inside the bathroom

Airport shuttle service. The girl I spoke too wanted my gate number and I let her know I was at the curtesy part waiting on the shuttle. I was outside and not at the gate. She insisted me telling her a gate number. I saw a shack that said E1. 45 m later

I didnt stay there - I slept in the terminal. It was freezing outside, and I waited 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle that never made it. Now I have to confirm that I was not charged. Overall, a very sad and pathetic experience of modern travel.

Price and location were about it.

Need microwave,coffee maker in rooms or hotel. Need mattress not to move,it slides all around on the base it is on. When you request not to have your room cleaned until after you leave but they come clean it anyway...the pillows are flat, towels are small

Fast speedy check in All the front desk spoke very well and polite to everyone. Made sure if you needed a shuttle..

The A/c in a couple should be cooler. Please work on that. the 1st floor door entry carpet smells bad. My stay here was pleasant.

The bed was too soft. The bathroom light fixture is behind oneself when standing at the sink, so shaving is challenging.

Location and price

The halls reeked of dog urine, the shower in room 128 did not work. I had to wash up using the sink.

Morning staff was friendly, location to the airport was convenient

The night desk clerk was rude. Plain and simple - he was not kind, not helpful, not anything but rude.

The elevator not working and no microwave in room on iron in room no coffee pot very little tiny fridge.

Bed was comfortable

Upon arrival I was told that my credit card was canceled and had to pay the rack rate which was 30% more. I felt cheated without any options.

Very late check in front desk was nice and helpful room were clean and up to date and the beds were very comfortable.

For a quick overnight stay before our early morning flight the next day it was a perfect choice. Room was very clean.

The mattress a bit too easily slid from its platform so it proved difficult to simply sit up against the headboard just to watch tv.

The bed was okay, the room had a refrigerator and it was relatively quiet.

It was dirty and the pictures of the hotel have a pool, but it was actually dozed and cemented over.

The front receptionist was difficult to understand and kept telling us a shuttle was coming to the airport. It was during the Dallas Fort Worth Freezing days and no taxi service at night. We waited over an hour in the cold and called 3 times. ended up wal

It's close proximity to the airport

The front desk clerk was not helpful or friendly. She was smoking outside when I arrived which I found unprofessional and was rude on the phone trying to book a shuttle.
