Clean, dog friendly

For the price the room is quite basic. It looks nice and fancy but I’ve had more room amenities at cheaper places

We?ve been back to this hotel 3 times now. It?s always clean and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and have a desk and plenty of natural lighting. The lobby always has refreshing water available and a small hotel bar as well. We will keep returning!!

They could clean the room when I go out and had our beds made. When I came back from outting my bed was not made. That?s what I didn?t like.

I didn't enjoy the $75 incidental fee. I mean..why?

It appears to be an older hotel. The room was dusty. The furniture in the lobby appeared old.

Location. Close proximity to food and the convention center.

Did not like the smell in the room especially the bathroom. Unpleasant smell from the wc probably some plumbing issue. Is a decent hotel I think they need to be hands on with cleaning and may be invest in something that going to make the rooms smell fresh

I like the location there's a Chipotle a pizza place and a breakfast place.

The walls are paper thin they gave us a broken toilet and the water pressure was very low. It took forever to wash my hands and wash my hair. Some of the outlets in the walls don't work woke up to my phone not charged.

Room size is a little small, but very comfortable

The location.

The room door was hard to open and close because of door being out of alignment. Also, only 1 ice machine and very hard to find.

Staff were welcoming, genuinely friendly, and provided excellent service. The staff member who checked me in even offered to move me to a larger room when she saw the huge amount of luggage I had. The hotel is clean, with a fresh and modern design.

Hotel looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks-- The noise from air conditioner in the room made it difficult to sleep

The room structure and appearance was amazong.

The ac/heater unit in the room caused severe damage to my friend and the fire alarm went off due to the heater almost exploding and no one came to check on us or get the incident report. Place charged my card without my authorization for a smoking fee

I felt harassed and uncomfortable the whole time. Plus, I couldn't connect my laptop to the TV, so I had to move again.

3 C's. Clean, comfortable, convenient. A lot of dining choices close by.

Guests with animals which has somehow become the norm everywhere.

Not a lot... Not happy with this hotel and will probably never stay at another. Very uncomfortable. It's like the hotel does not what you to be there.. Only to sleep on the cheap bed

This place is not comfortable at all. Really a joke of a hotel. Very cheap and uncomfortable furniture. Especially the bed. The mattress slides right off the board they have it on as a bed, at the slightest movement. Not what I'm expecting from a 3 star

Hotel employee was funny, and chipper, and welcoming. They stay was nice, most everyone we interacted with was friendly and happy. That was refreshing.

We lost a lot of food, as the freezer did not freeze. We drink protein shakes and we brought organic bananas for 7 shakes, and when we woke up Saturday to have said shakes....they were brown and mushy. It was an added expense.

Comfortable bed and good a/c
