The staff

There was a lot I didn¿t like. The internet was down for half of my stay, there were ants in the room, the room wasn¿t serviced by housekeeping (I stayed two nights), and they don¿t offer complimentary coffee. The coffee part in particular was absurd.

Location and staff were great. The room was comfortable and clean.

The coffee pot in the room didn't work, the lock on the door was jammed several times - we couldn't get OUT, the air conditioning was ok it didn't cool like it should have (the weather was in the 50's outside).

The side door by swimming pool would not unlock from outside. And 3rd floor ice machine did not work.

The staff were great went out of their to provide excellent service

I had to ask for room servicing. I was there multiple days and the maid staff no longer cleans rooms unless asked

Out dated. In need of serious renovation. Old elevator . Overall just not up to courtyard standards. Should be downgraded to a 2 Star until renovations are completed.

The staff were very accommodating as we had no luggage and no vehicle to go anywhere.

The hallways and open areas near lobby were very drafty.

Location is super, decor was really nice and bright in common areas. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Free parking for a week which completely pays for itself. Will definitely stay here again.

One thing was odd, when we walked into our room all the drawers were open and the coffee table was turns upwards. I think when they were cleaning they forgot to place it back. No complaints. Very little airplane noise too.

The hotel staff was great!

Overall rating would have been much higher. But we had a problem with a skunk spraying and the AC unit at 2am.

Parking in the back of the hotel at night and having to walk around to the front did not seem very safe.

The hotel was close to the airport, provided free shuttle to and from the airport, and provided free parking for up to 7 days.

No complimentary coffee, only Starbucks.

The shuttle service. I call two times to pick me up at the airport. They told me that he was going to be there in 15 min. I waited for 1 hour and finally I had to pay $45 for a Taxi
