Magnuson Extended Stay and Suites Airport Hotel

I didn’t like this hotel at all. I didn’t even sleep in the room. I slept in my truck bcus there were small roaches crawling around on the toilet and in the room. I was able to capture a couple of pics to verify.

There were roaches in the bathroom and the bedroom. The pics online definitely gave a different idea of what the hotel actually is in person.

Roaches crawling once I opened the door didn’t even get to put my stuff inside. Everything was gross and dirty. Laid on top of the bed with my shoes on and left first thing in the morning.

Nothing about this hotel was good

The shower Handel was broken, the sheet were smelling had to get 3 sets change, floor was so dirty, the room was not cooling when the temperature was at 110. The corridor was full od cigarette buds and smoke smell. One hell of a terrible experience

Dirty towels, No bar soap and floor was slippery and shower faucet was difficult to use with very low water stream! Bed sheets dingy color

Close to a restaurant

They charge extra for handicap people. They didn't give clean towels everyday. Just the first night we got two bath towels, a floor towel, a hand t towel. . No washcloths. .no clean towel towels for the other three days we stay there.,..

Air conditioning and leaving.

Everything. Very dirty and has roaches.

Relativrly quiet, no one bothered you.? thought it was going to be worst than it was

No basic tooletries. Toilet paper, soap

Worse experience I never seen that. No shower, no sanity, no air conditioning.

There was running water..that's about it.

I paid the price online thenthey charged me double atthe hotel & only took card no cash. My door didnt shut all the way & I feared my safety. Annoying fire alarm.Sheets were stained & too thin. The couch was also stained.The bathroom door didn't shut

They put me way up on the third floor which was highly inconvenient since I have 2 badd knees , bed bugs and too many flies in my room , didn't like the location of hotel, I ask for cancelation but was refused

There was NOTHING pleasant about this hotel

Everything dirty rude staff location is a construction nightmare save your money.

The housekeeping staff had the best personalities

I could not connect my game system to the tv. There was no amenities for guests. People talking outside of my door and made it hard to sleep. People arguing and hanging out in the parking lot.

The location

They charge 25 extra it's not the deposit. It's additional they spring that on you. The floors look like they have never been mopped. They were dirty. We were refused toilet paper because they were upset we wouldn't pay that 25. TMad that we reported them

Close to DFW airport.

The check-in desk tried to upsell me to a better room on the east side of the hotel for $25. I said no and they gave me a filthy dirty room on the west side. The next morning when I checked out, their invoice showed a fraudulent $25 "upgrade" charge.

Roaches in the room, no trash can in the room, noisy at night , drug dealers stay here and will try to sell to you, housekeeping will steal from your room

Best thing was probably the cable TV and AC

Had a baby roach in the microwave and seen another roach outside the microwave, also when taking out the trash to downstairs cause the room had no trashcan, a guy in a different room tried to sell me drugs ¿¿

It was locates close to the airport

I saw a mouse, the TV didn¿t work went to the front desk to get a new room and they said they were booked up and would send someone to fix the tv and they never came. The phone did not work in the room and there was electrical hazard. Ended up sleeping in
