Hyatt Place Ft Worth Hurst

Location was close to where I needed to be, easy check in, and I forgot my toothbrush and they had some at the desk.

The shower tiles had some mildew, but otherwise clean.

Location and the staff gave great recommendations for places to eat and go

The room was very musty smelling but used febreeze spray and was way better

It was ok for this trip but we didn't have a remote control for the TV. We did report it to the front desk so the next guest would not complain.

The staff went out of her way to help us with issues on multiple occasions and she was just wonderful! I also liked the set up for my dog - it was very easy to take her out when needed and she was very comfortable with this hotel.

There was a family reunion group in the hotel at the same time we were so it was rather crowded. One day they ran out of fresh towels in the morning until about 9:30am which was slightly inconvenient.

For the price this was a decent hotel. Check-in was quick and my room was clean.

The only complaint I have was the AC unit. It?s right by the bed and it?s very noisy.

Yes, our truck was stolen in the front parking lot. No running cameras for the police to look at. Very unfortunate.

The room was dirty, floors, tables, and night stand had old noodles in the drawer. The management was vacuuming outside my door in the middle of the night. Dogs were fighting in the lobby? I didnt go to see where they were. Not coming back.

I was charged again when I got to the hotel. Still waiting for refund. The lighting in the room was awkwark - no main switch in the bedroom. Also, one of the lights was broken and wouldn't turn off so I had to unscrew the bulbs to get it to turn off.

The staff has been very helpful with our needs during our stay at the hotel.

The room was not clean. Sofa pillows had some kind of spit on it, we had to set it down on the floor. The sofa sheets were dirty, I had to shake it off and cover with a clean sheet. The pillow cases were dirty, seemed like it was reused, not replaced.

Clean and spacious room. Good firm bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. I did not use many amenities as I slept through breakfast twice and did not use the internet.

We were very satisfied with our room and the polite friendly service. We spent 2 nights there and would definitely stay at this location again. Breakfast was included which always makes traveling easier. A very welcoming, clean and comfortable stay.

The staff was wonderful, attentive, and quick to assist guests.

The bathroom door handle in our room was very loose and about to fall off. It just seemed like the room's depreciation hadn't really been kept up with very well.

Location was great.

Rooms were not very clean. It took quite a while for the room to cool down. Big red stain in both rooms we booked. Hot water took a while to come through. Toilet ran; had to shake the lever for it to stop.
