Needs better cleaning and paint

Rooms were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast. Nice indoor pool.

The room was very spacious and open.

The smell. The door to the pool was broken and leaning on concrete blocks. Safety hazard with all of the pool traffic.

It was newly renovated and the new decor is beautiful. We used one of the conference rooms for a rehearsal dinner and it was perfect. The hot breakfast was on point and different each day. Fantastic. The pillows... I want to buy them.

The only thing was when we arrived, we could not get a key because a storm knocked out their key system. They were very accommodating and had it up and running soon after.

This hotel was perfect.. excellent location. The breakfast was delicious.. Everything was clean. The staff are on top of everything. It was one of the best hotel experiences ever. We loved it

The heater was out in the pool, but they had an option either for that the hotel next-door accommodated for warm swimming in the pool in the hotel wasnt even that cold, but they were kind enough to let you know

I loved that the room was clean and how quite it was. The outside of the building was a little trashy, but I think they had some construction going on.

Staff was not friendly or welcoming, but they got the job done.

Every staff member we met was kind. The continental breakfast had a nice variety for us, and I appreciated the coffee and tea that was almost always available in the lobby. The happy hour in the lobby was nice too!

It was not an issue for us but, please be aware that renovations are going on and there is some construction noise during the day (late 2022/early 2023). Be a nice human and don't take it out on the staff. :)

The only ice machines they had was on the 4th floor & one that was in the maintenance room on the 1st floor. One of the front desk ladies was rude. I picked this hotel bc it part of Hilton but everything was very outdated. It was very dark out the front.

This hotel is our go to hotel when visiting friends/family in the area. We have been booking it for years. The remodel in progress will make it even better next time. The free breakfast is adequate. But the ambiance of the hotel is what we like best.

The only dislike this trip was the remodeling taking place but the remodel had been completed in the room we were given so it did not affect our stay in any way.

Great location and close to restaurants and shopping. Made it really nice since I was there because a/c went out at my house.

Would have been nice if breakfast was served a little later than 9:00 AM since it was a weekend when I stayed at this location.

Location is great. Close to everything we were doing. Staff was very professional and friendly.

Pillows were nice

The air conditioner and the shower. The shower head was too high to reach and it was on pulsate.

One staff member at front desk was very rude. Instead of answering a question about breakfast, she retaliated and asked us which room we were in and if we were leaving the hotel that day. Not ok in customer service.

Hotel staff was very accommodating and caring. When we arrived on the first day our room seems very warm and the AC was not working. We called front desk and they immediately moved us to another room without hesitation.

Nothing. This hotel employees a theif and management argued, her staff doesnt steal. Someone in housekeeping does! She claimed she would look into it and make it right. I never heard back amd she has continues to avoid my phone calls and messages.

I had perfume stolen from my toiletry bag. Management refuses to reapond to my messages and make this right. The staff will continue to steal as management does nothing to protect their guests. If you stay in this hotel BEWARE, there are theives present
