Pros +
- Some staff members are great while there are some are pretty bad. For example, one lady who was on duty in the evening of 1/14/2025 is one of the bd examples. I asked her for a toothpaste, she showed a disdained face to me. She should not work there.
- We had a suite which was perfect for our needs. It was nice to have a bit more room.
- Location.
Cons -
- The facility was not well maintained. The elevator button to level 3 was not working, the couch in my suite was crumbling, the utensils in the room were incomplete, etc. One of the worst homewood hotel we have stayed.
- The shower dripped
- Staff was rude. If a inspection was done in the pool area, this place would be shut down. Mold everywhere!
