Staff very nice. The rooms are clean
The swimming pool was dirty. In the room there were no amenities. Difficult to have the room clean every day

The breakfast was good for a Holiday Inn Express. Various egg options, pancakes, toast, biscuits, etc. The offerings changed slightly from day to day. Room was comfortable and fairly quiet. Hotel seemed safe, and staff were attentive.

Great location, near great food places and overall nice environment. I love how they make courtesy fruit water everyday, very refreshing.
The clerk had a horrible attitude the night we arrived. The bathrooms in our hotel room can use more cleaning we kept finding hair everywhere. There’s free dove soap, shampoo and conditioner near the tub but the soap bottle was empty and hadn’t been replaced. There was also a small bar of hand soap on the sink that should’ve been replaced as well, not sure if the guest before used it for their hand or body seeing that the soap body wash was empty. We’ve stayed here before and had a pleasant stay the first time and was looking forward to the same this time but didn’t come close if you ask me. The beds were cozy but again more hair on the sheets, who wants to see that? Overall stay this time was about a 4 which is not even close to the 9 rating during the first stay. Can’t say I’d be back to this location.
