Nice property, both public spaces and rooms. Exceptionally clean and well kept. Friendly, polite staff. Good breakfast with many options. Pretty garden/pool area.
Didn't love that the living/kitchen area of my "King Suite" had no windows, but that was a minor flaw.

The staff was very good. The room was mostly clean.
The bed was horribly uncomfortable! Felt like we were sleeping on a concrete floor. We were unable to sleep. The toilet did not flush well. The room was hot as the air conditioner would cut off.

- the cleanliness ... cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in- the kind and helpful staff- the proximity to the hike/bike trail- the kitchen, especially the icemaker!- the good internet- the high quality exercise equipment- the free washers and dryers
- the all-or-nothing bedcover ... it would be nice to have medium-weight quilt of blanket, especially in warm weather- the locked gate to the pool ... I had to walk all the way through the hotel to access the pool when there was a gate just a few steps from my room
