Courtyard by Marriott Houston Intercontinental Airport

Clean hotel, comfortable beds and close to the airport and parking shuttle. Only stayed one night before a very early flight. Manager was at the check in desk and was friendly and very helpful.

The rowing machine in the gym needed repair.

The location was super close to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The facility was old. We had to pay a little parking fee which was unexpected.

Not children friend, children were not allowed in the bar and inside seating area.

The check in was very quick, front desk was very friendly and helpul. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels. I did not eat there. I was there due to an unexpected layover and the hotel was very accomadating.

I was not able to buy simple travel neccessities like toothpaste, toothbush or comb. It appeared to be out of stock. I was not offered water as a Bonvoy member.

Good hotel - very close to the airport. Note there are two Marriotts - one in the ariport and one a few minutes away. This one is outside the airport, so you can catch a shuttle to get there. Decent restaurant options nearby for dinner.

The facility was great. My room was clean, pleasant, and everything worked. The bathroom, shower, etc. were great. Even the room temperature was perfect and required no tinkering with settings. Very pleasantly surprised. The facility was great. Convenient location near airport too. So, facility was great but the staff was awful. She should not be front of the house staff. Nasty.

I made the reservation only after Courtyard responded positively to my previous query via text, about the hotel shuttle being able to take me to the airport at 2:20am to make a critical connecting flight. I was pleasantly surprised and reserved the room. When I arrived at the front desk at around 7pm with a short window to clean up, eat, and sleep. The woman at the front desk said that shuttle run was impossible. She didn't make the slightest effort to read my text indicating that my request had been confirmed. Very abrupt and dismissive. I had to sign up for Uber on the fly and request a car. For me, that meant piggybacking on my daughter's account and having her set it up to use her great Uber score for a better chance. Uber did its job right on time. The car driver was informative and the car impeccable. A few jets coming in to land woke me briefly, but hey, it's near the airport. The food from the on site Bistro was great but the carry out box I was given to take to my room had someone else's order. I was too tired to care, and ate it. That probably caused a problem for the Bistro, but at that point I wasn't going to lose more sleep fixing it.
