We really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was very central, right next to the Galleria Mall, which was incredibly convenient, and about a 40-minute drive to NASA, one of the main reasons for our trip to Houston. This made it easy to explore the area while still being close to family we were visiting. The buffet was excellent. The food was fresh, well prepared, and offered a great variety. It was definitely a highlight of our stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very vibey and trendy, from the music to the wall art, creating a fun and modern feel throughout the property. The staff truly stood out. From the front desk to everyone we interacted with during our stay, the team was friendly, kind, and accommodating. One thing that was a bit unexpected, but appreciated, was their attention to security during check-in. While it was slightly inconvenient to have my husband come inside to show his ID, we understood and appreciated the extra step taken to verify information, as it showed a commitment to guest safety. We also appreciated the parking garage. It felt secure and well managed, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. Overall, the hotel had a great vibe and several positive aspects that made our visit enjoyable. If we are ever in the area again, this would definitely be a hotel we would love to stay at again.
While we appreciated the hotel’s attention to security during check-in, the process itself felt a bit inconvenient. Having my husband move the car, come inside to show his ID, and then repark was more time-consuming than expected, especially since this was the first hotel we’ve encountered that required this step. We understood the intention and valued the added security, but the execution was slightly cumbersome.Parking was also quite expensive, at over $30 per day. While we understand this may be standard for many hotels in Houston, it still felt steep when added to the overall cost of the stay.In terms of the room, everything looked nice at first glance, but after spending time in the space, we noticed several details related to cleanliness and upkeep that stood out, especially given the nightly rate. Dusting appeared to be an issue, particularly on the bathroom mirror and the headboard, which was noticeably dusty. As someone with allergies, this was difficult to overlook and required us to clean surfaces ourselves.Housekeeping also did not service our room during the second day of our stay. No one stopped by to refresh towels, restock coffee, or check if we needed anything, which felt disappointing considering the price point. At comparable hotels, we are usually asked daily if we need fresh items or light service. There were also small maintenance details that could benefit from attention, such as scuff marks on the walls that could easily be addressed with touch-up paint. Additionally, while we appreciated having a clothing steamer available, the interior appeared to have significant mineral buildup, which made us uncomfortable using it.Lastly, the room featured a Lavazza coffee machine, which was new to us. While we enjoyed it once we figured it out, a simple instruction card would have been helpful, as we had to look up a tutorial online and ended up wasting a coffee pod in the process.

Location was excellent. The aroma in the hotel was amazing. Great attention to detail there. Rooms felt cozy and like a small condo. Felt like a 1 BR private condo. The food was excellent as well.
The parking could be included. Don't see the value in paying for a small garage to self park. Don't really see the purpose.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly!
The parking fee was a surprise, added an unexpected additional $200 to the cost of the trip.

Spacious bedroom and living room set up. Rooms clean and bed comfortable.
Didn’t like the location next to the freeway but noise was not an issue.
