Hotel is fantastic, excellent location, facilities and staff

Beautiful and Friendly place

The location is good. So many restaurants and museums not too far away.

Overall it’s not bad but it’s not worth it. First, I requested the bed sheet which feels wet and it actually wet. And they brought some of bed sheets and shows me it’s normal. At the beginning I thought it’s materials problem, but actually when I use it at night time it’s wet on the edge and the next day when we use it again, it actually completely dry. Second, the shower head is old and has no way to adjust the water. The water pressure is so strong that it hurts when we shower. My daughter is afraid to use it.Third, their microwave is downstairs. When I asked to borrow a bowl to use it, the café staff didn’t want to let me, as if I had to order something first. But the front desk told me I could just ask them for it. I end up ordering one breakfast and they put the food in the Togo box. feel like we’re not welcoming. Last and not least, whoever wants to request the crib, don’t expect you baby can sleep there. It’s not usable. My kid was screaming about using it.

Large room and comfortable mattress. The location is convenient only if you are planning to work on the outskirts of the hotel.

There is no business center

The room was decent size with good wifi, there was a coffee machine with four capsules for fresh coffee, large tv. The bed was comfortable and large. There was a good swimming pool and nice gym. Plenty of parking available.

The a/c was a little bit noisy but not too bad.

Ample parking which was free, location was ideal for what we had planned. Loved the pool area with sunbeds and complimentary towels. Breakfast choice was excellent and staff were very obliging.

The aircon was set so low in the common areas of the hotel that it started to impact our stay I explained to reception that the bar area did sway my choice of hotel / it’s an inviting well decorated space but I was unable to use the facility due to the aircon being set so low, on the first night we had to fetch our jackets from our room in order to try and enjoy a nightcap. It seems my request fell on deaf ears cos the temperature remained the same for the week we were there. Previous reviews were true our room smelt musky, the landing carpets were overlooked by housekeeping you could tell pets were allowed to stay we found clumps of hair along the corridor. Car park smelt of doggy poo all the time yuck !All in all this didn’t ruin our trip we managed to find ourselves a lovely area to wine and dine not far from the hotel

The lobby area with the coy pond was beautiful. I really enjoyed seeing that. Parking was free and easy to find

A lot of the outlets in the room were faulty so we were limited to the one by the nightstand. The housekeeping came in and cleaned our bathroom but not the full room. The AC worked sometimes and when it did the air was ice cold.
