The valet guys were amazing along with the front desk receptionist. The location was great.

I loved the beautiful tub. The facilities were great. The location was PERFECT; we were able to walk to a dinner reservation. Pleasant, helpful staff and valet staff. Nice gym.
Valet wait times > 20 minutes at times. Construction in lobby. Room layout, you technically walk right into the bathroom, which is weird

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The amenities were really good. Best hotel I've stayed at in quite a few years.
The ipad next to the bed did not work. The coffee maker did not work/still unsure what it was meant to be for. The shower head was spraying water everywhere. Needed to be adjusted and cleaned. We also got locked in a "tunnel". Our room key would not allow us back in and the exit doors were locked. The call button was not answered. We waiting on hold for someone at the front desk to answer the phone to "rescue" us for over 15 minutes. Finally, another guest of the hotel came down the stairs and saw us waiving to be let in and opened the door for us from the inside. It was a scary situation for our children to say the least.
