Great location
Staff was just blah!!! It’s not breakfast included it was a continental breakfast that included coffee, hot water to make hot chocolate and instant oatmeal. Pictures on site showed waffles and more.

The location was great. I needed to be in the Midical Center and was right in the middle. The price was great, compared to what other hotels in the MC were charging. The room was large and had all the amenities. Staff was very helpful, especially since I came in very late.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Facility issues are beyond their control.
Two different types of cockroaches were found in the room. Bathroom had a roach. Kitchen had a roach. Bathroom needed repair; wall was falling apart and roaches were coming through the gap between the wall and the bathtub.

Great location for our trip
Shower door didn't stay on track. Entrance to the building closest to our room didn't work with keys - said they were waiting on parts but another guest said they've been telling him that for 6 months.

Location was good and free parking was available.
The bathtub had no shower. The air conditioner kept shutting off when it shouldn’t. So the room had an uncomfortable temperature for sleeping.
