Cons -

There were not enough towels for the number of people we had put it on the reservation for our room. The elevator was not working. And the remote didn?t work for the TV in the first room we received.
Ac don?t work properly
I am extremely disappointed. Despite being sick with Covid and requesting a one-time courtesy for a free cancellation with proof in hand, they still decided to charge me for one night. Very unprofessional and money-hungry.
