- The room was infested with roaches and ants, tried getting a room change ether front desk closes at 8 pm. Had to leave after the filthy linens on the bed. Left the room for a better hotel, tried getting a refund but the manager said no.
- The staff, even maintenance I enjoyed and they were awesome, respectful and helpful.
- Quiet place to go to get away. Many movie channels. Nice HOT water.

- Ease of highway access
- The rooms were unclean, in Need of repair, and ambulance staff helped me identify what's called a bedbug. I'm horrified. My daughter has too many specialists and health problems, and they were discovered in the 2nd room we moved too! Staff helped
