- Nothing because I couldn?t even get service due to no electricity in the whole building yet I still cannot get a refund

- The front desk lady was just rude and had no compassion at all. We ended up canceling the reservation cuz my current ID burnt up in my house fire the day before and she would not take my expired one but would not give me a refund.

I like the area. The staff could be a little more polite, but the staff is really helpful. The elevator could be a big help. I like that they have good security overall.
Some rooms have issues but they don¿t have a problem switching to a better one.
