Breakfast was decent, but not continiously stocked very well. Fortunately, several good/great restaruants close by. The room & service was great & the location was perfect for us. Free parking is a huge bonus, especially for that area. Really like the shower/bath as apposed to shower only.
Unfortunately, even with full pre-payment, it has become necessary to make All customers pay a (refundable) deposit for "damages" because of the disrespect of a few. Seems to be the norm of the day....the innocent have to cover the sins of the guilty!?!? On top of that, not sure why it takes several business days to refund the deposit if there are no damages??? The refund should be just as easy as the deposit!!!

The location is great. It was clean and quiet. Easy access to and from the back parking lot.
The water was hot enough, warm at best. If you plan to park at the hotel during an event at NRG Stadium, it’s one car per room. It’s a whopping $40 for a 2nd second vehicle. It’s the same price if you check out on the day of the event as if you actually pay to stay the night of the event. I would recommend going $20 for those who pay to stay the night of the event. Also, the parking lot is so small and doesn’t have enough spaces.

Great location, nice bed and staff, quiet. Disappointed that there is no longer a free shuttle to the medical center. That was an important service for us.

I liked that the check-in was easy and the front desk guy was very helpful.
The room door was very loose, you couldn't tell if it was locked. And there must be a leak somewhere in the bath because the carpet beside the bed was inexplicably wet for the entire stay.

It was a good location to everything!
The pillows are terrible… but what’s worse was the AC that never got cold and went out completely at 2am. Which was too late to call and change rooms. It was HOT. We told the staff the next morning and he laughed. In our face.
