- New construction. Nice shower. It's a nice room but not a 4 star by any means. Zero amenities and a little sketchy.
- It is new, and very clean. Staff canceled our room and refunded money when the water was cut off and we had no water for a couple hours

- Nothing
- Sketchy. 2 star hotel. No amenities. No pool. Outdoor entry. Late checkout charge was almost cost of entire room for 4 p.m. checkout. Outrageous. And the way the desk guy haggled the price with me when the hotel had plenty of vacancies.
