I was really pleased with everything, but the shower was a bit dirty at the corners, smells good, well put together but surprised that daily cleaning is not done.
The staff were great! Front desk personnel were very knowledgeable of the area and accommodating to my needs. Room was comfortable and well laid out.

Water was out for the majority of a day and we weren't notified. I had to wait for a bucket of water that I requested. I was there for a 10-day stay and housekeeping only serviced my room twice during that time. Twice I had to exchange towels on my own
The blow dryer did not work and was not replaced during our stay.

Staff was very helpful. All positive.

Staff was polite and helpful on my 1st stay on my 2nd stay they were okay.

I lost my debt card on the property and someone used it at their cupboard using my card as a credit card without them checking for identification. I spoke with the Manger Mike and was very help concerning the issue.
