- I thought I booked a standard room with2 beds but when we got to the room it was only one bed.i called front desk and the lady right away found mea room with 2 queen beds with no extra charge.the hotel also have a gated parking

- The hotel staff told the black guests the pool was closed prior to the actual close time. Shortly after the black guests left the pool per manager telling them it was closed, the white guests were able to stay in the pool past the official close time.
- There was no cart for suitcases when we got there. We found a cart in our floor and when we brought it down, the other cart was there.
