Good location, clean hotel, clean pool, very secured. Stephen is a great employee who goes up and beyond to attend to guests.

Should do better with internet connection, best connection should be free.

Fresh breakfast variety.

I loved how clean and pleasant the property was. Also felt very secure with the gated parking. Breakfast was nice as well. Really enjoyed my stay. Will be coming back soon.

Location is halfway between the Space Centre and the Airport- so perfect for us! Room was spacious and fairly clean. Gated car park but took a while to find the access pad to open it! Dining room quite small.

Seats/benches in the dining room were very low, so not very comfortable for eating and the area was quite small so felt very busy with so many people getting breakfast at once. We kept getting phone calls on the room phone (after we'd gone to sleep) with no-one there. It also happened 3 times in the morning. When we mentioned it to reception, they said it wasn't them and must have been other children, and that it had happened the previous week. Very annoying! Other people's children stayed up very late and were very badly behaved so maybe it was...

I Liked How Clean It Was. All The Staff Was Friendly. The Location Is Nice. I Like That It’s Gated For Safety.

I Didn’t Like That Their Were Barely Any Breakfast Options. I Would’ve Liked To See A Bit More Variety Like Most Hotels Have.

I liked the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the property. The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was very bland. There was not a whole lot of variety and there was no food left 20 minutes before 9am. The coffee cups were too small. The dryer in the second floor did not work and the maintenance guy, Ray, was not too happy to assist me.
