Proximity to town was about it.
It is central to Gladewater and fare priced
It was closer to food places.

Cons -

There were several lights out in the room, no bath tissue at all, every door in the room appeared to have been kicked in at least once - just not kept well at all. TV offered no movie channels and the volume on the TV didnt work.
The walls are thin, thus can hear clearly those next door
There were roaches everywhere, a shower from the ceiling and the manager himself said they only change the sheets once a week. Do not recommend.

I have a dog and itÂ¿s hard to find a clean hotel to stay in that allows dogs. The room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay there. I would definitely stay there again..
