Not a pleasant experience.

Do not use booking.Com or stay here unless you want to be out thousands of dollars!! Extremely Disappointed in the way our reservation was handled. I paid in advance & verified with the hotel that they received our booking the night before. When we checked in, they could not verify with booking.com that we had paid. As a matter of fact; The staff mentioned that booking.com did not send our reservation over properly and I believe that because when we tried to check in, our booking was under a Tim S, who is NOT us, & a random address that has never been associated with us. They took our card for incidentals, but then proceeded to process $1300 worth of charges DURING OUR STAY for double the cost of our room. Brought this to the attention of staff & they said charges would drop off. Only one charge dropped off, the other $650 processed through to my bank on Tuesday. I called the hotel & they said it would be fixed. Tuesday evening, another $650 was taken from our account. Booking.com did a terrible job with handling the reservation and the resort did an awful job handling our money by taking $1300 without our permission. We have been missing $1300 FOR ALMOST AN ENTIRE 7 DAYS. Our hotel total didn’t even cost that much for the whole weekend, so this has been terrible and we will never use booking.Com or this specific hotel again. Ruined our anniversary trip.

We were travel with 5 adults. The rooms were big and clean.

I didn’t like anything about the property, this is a scam, I would like the money that I paid back, first the pictures that are showing at booking.com, are fake, the hotel is different, very dated, definitely NOT A RESORT, all is a lie, even they put a calendar of activities and when I asked for the location of the activities, they told me that all activities belong to a different hotel, then it doesn’t have anything to eat or a restaurant, is far away of all restaurants, the bathroom and shower was all rusty, floors dirty with a lot of hair and trash, then is super uncomfortable to take the luggage because there is nobody to help you, like in other resorts, then the hallways to get to your room, looks like a motel 6 hotel, is not worth it, even the pool was dirty.

Is all a lie, is not a resort, is not the same pool or same property of the pictures showing here, they also try to sell you a time share, nobody available to help you, even the trash, we had to take it out to a dumpster, my deposit has not come back and the property is horrible and dark and dated, not worth the price.
