- The manager was very RUDE, NOT HELPFUL The TV was not working and we were not informed at check in and the management was aware of the disruptive matter. No concerns at all and while trying to report matters to management she ignored us. REFUND NOW
- Our A/c unit in our room was very off and on . Ran all night and did not stop and did not cool down. Informed front office appeared to be running better
- It smelled like an old trailer home. Booked a king suite with a pull out sofa and was not given that.

Our room was clean and the staff was friendly.
