Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: guests must be 19 years of age or older to make reservations. Please note that hotel parking is not equipped for large trucks or trailers. A security deposit is due at check-in. The amount will be refunded by the property upon check-out pending a damage inspection. The security deposit refund paid by credit card may take 5-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays, to appear on a guest's account. The security deposit refund paid by debit card may take up to 14 business days, not including weekends or holidays, to appear on a guest's account. Only small dogs are allowed for a deposit at the time of check-in and for an additional nightly fee.
