- We loved that it was so close to the Seawall and it was easy to get to.

Cons -
- Tried to get breakfast at 10am Morning 1 and 9am morning 2 and both times there was no breakfast open and available, Parking was terrible, and when no spaces were available was told to park in an over grown grass lot as only option.
- There was poop on the pull out bed.
- The hotel front desk staff weren't nice. My room had a leaking AC unit, and half the carpet in the room was soaked in water. The maintenance man stopped by and placed towels to prevent the leak, but the front desk wouldn't change our room. He was nice.

We loved that it was so close to the Seawall and it was easy to get to.
