The door to the room had gaps with daylight showing through and cold air coming in did not feel safe.
No one pick up luggage rack from floor, security not doing thier job
After 30+ minutes waiting so they could try and find us a room (said was overbooked) we had to cancel, it was time for us to leave for an engagement. So we just drove home afterwards.
