- Breakfast was fine. Better pastries and eggs would be nice. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
- The employees went above and beyond to give the best customer service experience
Cons -
- Dated equipment lifts . Walls no sink in bathroom. Noise on floors and ceiling people stomping. No safes. Breakfast average. Lower standard. Ice maker broken on floor 2. No jugs to boil water.
- The walls are thin can hear the other people in the next room.
- AC didn't cool room down very well. Ice machine broken on floor and by age of sign on it you could tell it had been broken awhile. Water is shower didn't get very hot. Was great in sink.

The employees went above and beyond to give the best customer service experience
we were put in a handi-cap room, which was ok except there was no shower curtain on a shower with a handicap seat, we requested a shower curtain and was promptly put up but the water still ran all over the floor because there was not ledge to keep it in and the shower curtain was too short
