- Didn't know about the $100.00 deposit before my stay
- They didn't have the size of room reserved. Didn't contact us to tell us it was not available and refused to give a refund of the upgraded room size that was not provided.
- They require CASH deposit. The room had zero trash cans or bags, zero cups, and the hot water was lukewarm. The worst part was the BEDS! One was squeaky and worn out, and the other one was too hard. Was there 3 days - only got maybe 5 hours of sleep!
