Pros +
- Cleanliness of the room.
- Nice and clean and proximity to much of Fort Worth is nice.
- I was welcome as soon as I enter the hotel by the front door. He was polite and knowledgeable very finally. I Check in Friday night late around 1:00am.
Cons -
- The bed was very sunken in the middle. It was hard to sleep.
- The hotel is showing its age and prob needs to be renovated. Old light switches etc have been retired in most hotels for over 20 years now. This like of attention to detail is not normally an issue for Hyatt brand hotels that have have stayed lately.
- The hallways and elevators were very hot and humid.

Cleanliness of the room.

Spacious rooms. Big sectional couch area. Very comfortable bed.
