Breakfast & check-in staff...

We are avid travellers and very disappointed! This was our second stay at a Sonesta and both facilities charged to park?? Paying for CEOs bonus? The room needs carpet cleaned! It smelled like pets! And... we found cigarette ashes on shelves!
