The room was very comfortable, the bed was nice and firm!!! Bathroom was excellent!!!!

Parking. It is inconvenient to get your luggage to your room.

Tenants obvious smoking weed. The 1st floor hallway and entrance of the hotel smelled of weed

The property was quiet. I was concerned with the concrete plant and highway nearby. The staff was very friendly and extremely polite. The AC worked very well in the room. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The staff was quickly to refill beverage station and bring out hot fresh food when getting low.

The bathroom sink was extremely loud when in use. The bathroom had very little insulation or sound dampening. Everything going on in the bathroom could be heard very clearly in the room and outside in the hallway. The shower head had very little water pressure and made taking a shower a lot more difficult and time consuming.

The beds were comfortable. Location was good.

The room had a bad smell almost like mildew.

Clean room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Location was very convenient. The staff was excellent especially George who was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived after a 16-hour trip at 11:30 PM, and the receptionist, who clearly had no interest in working, told us that he had canceled our reservation at 10:00 PM. Even though the booking stated “pay at the property,” they took the liberty of trying to charge it in advance, and since they couldn’t process the payment, they canceled it.He told us there were no rooms for us, but I still had my active and confirmed reservation on Booking. When we told the rude receptionist that we were going to call Booking because we still had our reservation, he started yelling at us, making us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. After all of this, he finally gave us the rooms, but they did not honor the Genius Level 2 upgrade that was included in our reservation.There was a strong smell of weed in the reception, and the entire hotel smelled like it.The included breakfast is the most mediocre I’ve seen in a long time. Do not stay here for the breakfast.The staff makes you feel very uncomfortable, as they are rude and unfriendly.The only nice person was a Spanish-speaking cleaning lady, who was the only one who smiled.I will never come back. I don’t understand how this place has good reviews.

No elevator but it was not a big deal

It is brand new, and you can still smell the fresh paint. It is very clean, and nothing is worn out yet. The location is very good, with easy access to highways connecting FW and Dallas. Breakfast is okay for a such level of hotel, but it could be better.

It is two stories high and has no elevator, so you will have to carry your luggage upstairs. It is located right next to a Home Depot and in front of a Concrete Plant. The gym is very tiny.
