I was kept awake all night with blaring music from another room I called downstairs she said she would address it she did not I woke up again at 2:30 only to have the same thing him finally she got to be quiet and it came on at 5:30 in the morning again

I booked the double queen room online, but when the front desk gave us our room key, it was for an already-occupied room and we walked in on another guest who was in bed. they didn't have a room available with 2 beds for us 3 and gave us a single King.
The staff was amazing!!! Their attention to detail when we arrived for my mom's 60th birthday was amazing!! We loved this hotel and the people working there!
The beds could be a little more comfortable, but we would stay again.
It was very clean. Breakfast was perfect and the ladies at the front desk passed out sack snacks to the kids.

housekeeping kept coming in, couldn't accommodate early check in, crying baby kept us up all night next to us and people stomping upstairs.
Nice place. Clean. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable.

I would have loved a memory foam mattress or at least a memory foam topper, for comfort. But other than that, I have no recommendations of change.

These folks do as much as they can for their guests, even during this COVID crisis, exactly the opposite of what many other hotels are doing. Really enjoyed the great coffee and breakfast.
