Staff was exceptionally helpful. The man checking us in helped us find a parking space for our trailer in a very busy night

There were no negatives about this hotel

the staff, bed, and the breakfast.

The air system would emit hot air unless it was set on 65 degrees. There is no setting for fan only which would be good to drown out the road noise.

Close to downtown Ennis and very up to date decor. Best breakfast I¿ve had at a hotel since Covid hit, with eggs, sausage, biscuits. Even had a pancake machine that fixed great pancakes in a minute.

There was some noise from the highway during the night that we noticed.

Everything is fine

The hotel was located by restaurants and fast food chains.

There were stains on the carpet and the wall had patches only certain areas. The restroom tiles were all loose where the mortar had been broken so you had to balance when stepping on them. The paint/Sheetrock was falling off and moldy in bathroom.

They put a child in a wheel chair on the 4th floor knowing they have problems with the elevator. The fire and police dept had to come get him out.

The location was good for this visit.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The lobby and room were clean.

The room/furnishings were in dis-repair. The bathroom door would not shut due to the threshold was too high. The room door showed signs of being forced open, and not repaired. The lamp and furniture were torn and stained. Not worth the price, I paid.

Good location and friendly staff. Internet connection was good.

This was not my typical HE experience. No breakfast, elevator floors remained dirty during my entire stay. Fixtures in the room were broken, burned out light bulbs and missing switches. Overall cleanliness could be stepped up considerably.

Terrible experience-not the room requested, dirty, AC did not work, light in bathroom broken - lamp on counter, no remote to TV and when TV turned on manually TV did not work, only one clean towel found when 3 extra requested, rough sheets.

There was a huge roach/water bug in my bathroom. The carpet close to the window unit was soaking wet. The hotel is right by the interstate so you can hear traffic the entire time.

Staff were very accommodating.

The size of the room

Pool out of order, we booked because of it. Super unhappy. Dried paint all over the floor as you get off elevators on second level. The baseboards and edges of carpet haven¿t been vacuumed in forever. Just needs to be deep cleaned. Tile in bathroom loose.

The bed was comfortable, air worked well, close to elevator, television worked well, hot water good. All the basics were met okay.

NO Regular coffee in room or hotel, room smelled of smoke when walked in, telephone had no service to call desk, bathroom floor tile has no grout and could see light from bath below around bathtub! Choice of coffee was biggest disappointment
