Comfortable room with a great location.

Barking dog somewhere on the floor where we were staying. Annoying.

Very clean Hotel and staff very, very courteous, felt very safe

Staff was outstanding for our first visit! Would like to acknowledge  front desk receptionist. Both did an outstanding job for our personal visit and stay. Keep up the excellent customer service.

Bathroom door was making a popping noise when you open and close.

The combination of history, amenities, well-trained staff and location is tough to beat. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the welcome sparkling wine is always a nice touch.

The swimming pool is tiny!

I have been staying here for over 60 years ! Since I was 5 years old. It¿s beautiful again and I love it ! My grandfather stayed in this hotel when he returned from his tour of duty in WW ONE !

Parking Valets are Horrible- will not let you park to run inside to retrieve a lost item. Extremely Rude and Classless. I do not understand why they don¿t have a 10 minute parking area for this purpose. The restaurants and bars are awful and way overprice

Location, dome bar, rooftop bar, view from room. Bartenders at rooftop bar next to pool were very friendly.

Slow, inefficient check-in. Shouldn¿t take 30 minutes. $200-$300 night room shouldn¿t charge $15 for parking. Very petty! Swimming pool is too small. It is about the size of a cruise ship pool.

The restaurants were great.

Was assigned the wrong room and had to threaten the staff with sharing my poor experience with every Soldier I know so they will never stay here in order for my room to be changed. Room service took my towels and did not replace them. Had to call twice.

The location and the welcoming feel that I receive at every check-in.

The room that I wanted was "blocked" as per the front desk to the point where I couldn't even pay to upgrade to the room I wanted. Also, no one never checked into the room I wanted. I thought that was unfair especially because the room was never used.

The staff is very well trained...as good as or better than most USA five star hotels. Steakhouse is good....wine is pricy...Breakfast is good.....Good restaurants in and around the hotel ..El Paso Museum is suprising..contains part of Kress Collection

The common courtesy and pleasant greetings with the ease of checking in accompanied by a glass of champagne is always greatly appreciated!!!!

I grew up here..have been seeing this hotel be revitalized and made something to be proud of, in the heart of downtown where generations of my family has passed through

Front desk did NOT have to ask me for my id ten times..I know the procedure...staycationing is my hobby

It was beautiful, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, amazing huge shower, and great view. Hands down best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Spectacular view, great location, beautiful building, and fantastic room service. Oh, and the rooms are big!

Lack of staff at parking lot, I been to cities were people drive nicer cars and they don't park in a double space adding that the parking garage is small and it took around 15 minutes to get out with only 6 cars in front and expensive parking fee

The decor and ambiance were wonderful. When we arrived they gave us champagne to take to our rooms. The mattress and linens were comfortable. Our room was quiet and the curtains blocked out the outside light. I loved that.

I did not like that they charged $20 for parking and we still had to pay $10 to leave the parking garage.

Bedding and pillows were EXCELLENT!

Didn't like that I had to use their overflow parking a couple blocks away. However the hotel staff led me there and gave a ride via shuttle to and from that lot.

The professionalism, friendliness and location were unbeatable!

I just wish we could have stayed longer. We will always be back.

The best part of this hotel is the staff.. friendly, helpful and willing to help you in everyway.. Late check out can be as late as 1pm
